1. Introduction

You must update your details promptly if any of this information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pinas 7 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Pinas 7 will never ask for your full password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@pinas7.net. Pinas 7 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Pinas 7 is required by regulation to verify player identities. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following at any point: a government-issued photo ID (passport, SSS, UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), proof of address, or proof of payment method. 6. Games and Betting Rules

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.2 By the Player

Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your last used payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts used for self-exclusion cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
11. Limitation of Liability
